We are The Print Story, a family business created by mother, her son and his wife. We started this venture to offer quality fabrics and prints that last long, bring our passion for design to life.

We specialize in high-quality oversized T-shirts designed for both style and comfort. Our current collection features a variety of unique options, including Oversized Solid T-shirts, Acid Wash Oversized Solid T-shirts, and bold Oversized Graphic T-shirts.

We aim to get your order ready for shipment as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing may take a bit longer, up to 3-4 business days.

Once your order is processed, we hand it over to our trusted courier partners, Bluedart and Delhivery. Delivery usually takes 6 to 7 days. While we hope for a smooth journey, please be aware that unexpected circumstances can sometimes cause delays, extending the delivery time to 9-10 days.

For areas not covered by our primary partners, we use India Post. Deliveries to these locations generally take up to 9-10 days.

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part. We currently accept returns for the following reasons:

• The T-shirt or the print is damaged.
• The print you received is not the one you ordered.
• We delivered the wrong size.

To start a return, please email clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product to info@theprintstory.in.

Important Note: We cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong size. We highly recommend checking our size chart before making your purchase.

After we have verified your claim and our Quality Control team has approved the return, your refund will be initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 6 to 7 business days.

We understand that mistakes happen. While we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order is placed, we will do our best to help.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email your Order ID and a reason for the cancellation to info@theprintstory.in on a priority basis. Please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
